An extensive personalised consultation that delves into the effects of nutrition on your health and ultimate wellbeing. If you are struggling with symptoms such as stress, anxiety, inflammation, poor sleep, weight gain, peri or menopausal symptoms or just want to help understand your current health profile then this is for you. The initial consultation (60 mins) includes a dietary analysis, lifestyle analysis, family history, symptoms, nutritional status and goals. A follow up consultation (30 mins) will be provided with recommendations that are supportive of your personalised health, and wellbeing objectives * The 30 minute follow up appointment will be booked at a seperate time please allow a minimum of 10 business days for me to work on your report & recommendations.

My skill is actually visibly different even after my first micro-needling treatment - biggest improvement has been on my forehead in terms of less visible lies - but overall much smoother & plumber skin! Highly recommend and I will be back. Thank you Sara!

My son has now been seeing Sara for his acne for about 9 months for a monthly facial with blue light LED. In this time he has seen his skin improve significantly with fewer and fewer pustules and spots and far less redness. Sara changed his skincare routine and products to suit his skin and it is making a huge difference. His routine is now simpler to follow. Sara is great with teenagers and I would completely recommend her for anyone with problem skin.
